After immigrating from Germany with his family at the age of 15, Christoph Zierholz went on to become a respected soil and water scientist. Later, he ventured into the field of brewing and built a gas-fired all-grain brewery in his garage. 

Since setting up his brewery in the Canberra suburb of Fyshwick in 2006, Christoph has brewed many award-winning beers and has taken the title of Grand Champion Brewer two years in a row at the Australian Amateur Brewing Championships.

The beer is brewed with loyal adherence to the German Beer Purity Law (Reinheitsgebot anno 1516) and they use only the finest ingredients and traditional methods.

Twelve beers are produced with seven available year around.  The brewery has recently introduced a modern innovation where self contained 5 litre and 10.3 litre Mini Kegs of beer are available for purchase (just swap and go) or short term hire. This poster was produced for the kegs introduction.

Since then, as with most microbreweries around Australia, their beers are now available in cans.

Shipping and Packing
Our products are delivered with a tissue wrap and rolled into a secured tube or
envelope (sandwiched between cardboard stiffeners to eliminate damage). Our
postage costs are for Australian customers only, for international sales please
contact us prior to purchase to arrange a quote for delivery. We ship via Australia
Post for all our art prints. Private courier can be arranged by request.
